This is a video created by PragerU about the experiences of Misha Petrov in college in America.  She speaks about the patriarchy.  The definition of patriarchy is a system of society or government in which the father or eldest male is head of the family and descent is traced through the male line. When she uses it, she probably means thatr men have all the power in our society and believe that our society believes that they should be in control of women.  Misha talks about a documentary called The Social Dilemma.  That documentary is about how social media influences what we think.
